In collaboration with Guillermo, owner of Azahar Artisan Spanish Foods, The First Of Many proudly presents Mi Casa Su Casa. In true keeping with the ethos of Number One Port Hill Bed and Breakfast, owner Annie invites you into her home to experience the authentic Spanish cooking by talented Guillermo. Guillermo sells beautiful produce at Farmers Markets in Hertford, Cambridge and Stamford to name a few. The time and pride taken in sourcing local Spanish produce is what sets Azahar Artisan Foods apart from what you find on the shelf. We can never get enough of the salted almonds or Virgin Olive Oil, sourced from Guillermo’s family estate in Spain.

Tickets are priced at £45. This will include a 6-course menu prepared and cooked by Guillermo himself and an authentic Spanish aperitif.

We shall also be providing thoughtfully selected Spanish wines and Sherry to compliment each course recommended to us by a local expert, available to purchase on the evening.

We ask guests to arrive from 6.30pm to enjoy your apreitif, courtyard garden and light entertainment before taking seats for the first course at 7pm.
